Minute Gadgets Limited is the data controller for personal data processed through our website (minutegadgets.co.uk) and any mobile or web applications we develop and publish.

2.3 Data collected through our mobile / web applications

Applications we build and publish on the Apple App Store or Google Play may collect the following, depending on the app's functionality:

• Location data (only if the app's purpose requires it, with explicit in-app consent)

• OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI content generation (prompts are processed on OpenAI servers; no personal data from users is included in AI prompts)
• Together AI, Inc. — AI image generation (same restrictions as above)
• Email / communication providers — hosting for our business email

We may also disclose data where required by law (e.g. a court order or request from a law enforcement authority).

6. International data transfers

Some of our processors operate outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred to countries not deemed adequate by the UK ICO, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Enquiry / contact data: retained for up to 3 years to manage potential follow-up engagements, then deleted.
• Client project data: retained for 7 years after project completion for legal and financial compliance, then securely deleted.
• Website analytics: aggregated, anonymised after 90 days.
• App account data: retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
